What is a Kegel exercise?
Recommended by midwives, sexologists, and physiotherapists, pelvic floor rehabilitation leads to real body awareness through various exercises.
Kegel exercises are simple movements that involve contracting and relaxing the muscles at the base of the abdomen—the same ones used to hold in urine. These exercises help strengthen the pelvic floor, which can improve bladder control, support internal organs, and even enhance sexual comfort. They’re discreet, easy to do anywhere, and beneficial for both women and men.
Pelvic floor exercises can be continued for life. Ideally, they should be done as 3 sets of 10 contractions per day. Here’s an example:
-
Contract the vaginal muscles as if you were trying to hold back urine
-
Release
-
The contraction time should always be half the rest time (e.g., contract for 5 seconds, relax for 10 seconds).
The revolutionary B-Pulse chair is capable of performing 13,000 Kegel contractions in just one 30-minute session. No other device or therapist can work as deeply.
Have you ever seen a doctor or physiotherapist do these exercises for you?
Well, the B-Pulse can!
