The importance of breast self-exams

Pay attention to changes in your breasts

It is normal for your breasts to change at different stages of the menstrual cycle. By knowing the appearance of your breasts well, you can talk to your doctor if you notice any abnormal changes. In general, most of the changes detected by palpation of the breast are not cancerous. Pay attention to any persistent and recent changes and, if in doubt, consult your doctor. Early detection of a cancerous mass significantly increases the chances of recovery.

We advise you to make a new resolution today by starting the self-exam of your breasts.

Repeat the exercise on the same day, every month.

If you have questions about observation of the breasts, the shape of them, or the difference in size, consult a general practitioner, gynecologist, specialized nurse or contact us.
