Refunds will be issued according to the initial payment method after verification of the product by a member of our team.
Any refund request must be made within 10 days of purchase. The refund of a wig will only be possible if it has not been used or worn, is in its original packaging, has no modifications, and has its company label. The refund will be effective after verification by a member of our team. If we feel that the wig does not meet the return criteria, we will return it to you at your expense.
Everything included in the package (boxes, documents, labels, etc.) must be returned with the item. No refund on hair products unless the packaging is damaged. The request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The cost of returning delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned through a shipping mode that will allow you to track your shipment. No refunds or exchanges on all products on sale.
